Return and acceptance policy

INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Upon receipt and prior to installation, the customer is required to thoroughly examine all goods. Claims for damage, shortages, errors in shipment, or improper delivery must be submitted to WoodnLite in writing within two (2) business days of delivery. After this period, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods, relinquishing the right to reject or revoke acceptance. Claims for billing errors or adjustments must be communicated to Ventsam in writing within five (5) business days from the invoice date. Failure to submit claims within this timeframe will result in waiver by the customer.

RETURNS: Customers may return any stocked item from WoodnLite that is not a special order under the following conditions:

  1. 1. The item is in new condition, suitable for resale, in its undamaged original packaging, and with all original parts.
  2. 2. The item has not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, or damaged.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon by WoodnLite. Special orders for hardware or non-stock goods may be returned if the manufacturer agrees and the customer undertakes to reimburse WoodnLite for any restocking or cancellation fees charged by the manufacturer.

Please note that all special orders for doors and sidelites rails, and other wood-fabricated products (non-stock items) cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
