Replace or repair policy

WOODnLITE will, at its discretion, replace or repair any of its products found to be defective due to the quality of material or workmanship. Notice of such defects must be provided within seven (7) days from the date of the invoice. All visible defects should be reported before the product or products are originally installed.

If replacement or repair is not reasonably possible, WOODnLITE may choose to refund the original purchase price of the product. However, this decision is at the discretion of WOODnLITE.

WOODnLITE excludes all costs associated with labor, installation, or finishing of the replacement or original product. Any costs related to the replacement of the product shall be the sole responsibility of the person making the claim. This warranty applies only to products with all surfaces painted or stained and products installed in the USA.
